Our Refund Policy is part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.
Our Refund Policy does not affect your legal rights.

1. REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction with our products and services is important to us, so we give refunds if the customer is not satisfied with our service packages and Programs. Requests for refunds of service packages and Programs must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase of the respective course or service package. If 7 days have passed from the date of purchase of the respective service package or course, we cannot offer a refund.

2. REFUND CONDITIONS

Claims for refunds must meet the following conditions:

  • The user must demonstrate and prove that he used the services and programs according to Astrix Al indications and teachings.
  • Muan reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with our Refund Policy.

3. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once we have approved your refund request, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to become effective via the payment method you originally paid with. If after 5 business days the refund has not been issued through the original payment method, please contact us through our contact information.
